Each year Eden Reforestation Projects lifts thousands of desperately poor workers out of extreme poverty in Madagascar, Ethiopia, and Haiti. Healthy Horizons for Children & Families (HHCF) initially started as a group of Canadian volunteers providing medical aid to some of the poorest rural areas of Honduras. Along with many successful medical brigades, where thousands of people have received treatment, HHCF has branched out by establishing educational, nutritional, and housing initiatives.
